Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 10 g of Parsley (net weight of the leaves)
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 ml of Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml of Water
- 1 Pinch of oregano
- Fine salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 g of Dry oregano
Method
Get a lemon, squeeze the juice and strain it through a sieve. Cut the parsley together with the garlic that you have previously peeled.
In a bowl emulsify the extra virgin olive oil, water and lemon until obtaining a homogeneous mixture to which you will add the mixture obtained with parsley and garlic, a pinch of salt and a handful of pepper.
And now you just need to season your meat or fish dishes and enjoy them in great company!
